We empower girls through education, mentorship, and community-based programs that promote self-worth, leadership, and sustainable development, while fostering a culture of compassion across Rwanda and beyond.
Act of Kindness Girls (AOK) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring hope, dignity, and opportunity for girls who have experienced trauma or challenging life circumstances. We believe every girl deserves safety, respect, and the chance to thrive — no matter her story.
AOK was founded by Naomi whose deep compassion for vulnerable girls grew from witnessing the hardships many face, including:
Inspired by their courage and resilience, Naomi created a safe and supportive community where girls can heal, rebuild confidence, and gain access to education, mentorship, and life-changing opportunities.
Through compassionate care, empowerment programs, and meaningful community engagement, we walk alongside girls as they journey toward healing, hope, and a brighter future.
A world where every girl has equal access to education, mentorship, emotional well-being, and meaningful opportunities — empowering her to step into her future with confidence, dignity, and hope.
To equip girls with the support, skills, and knowledge they need to overcome challenges, unlock their potential, and rise as confident leaders who create positive change in their communities.
Act of Kindness initiative is about showing love through simple, meaningful actions that uplift girls, support their emotional well-being, and strengthen their sense of belonging and hope while fostering a culture of compassion across Rwanda and beyond.
